Lunch and Snack box ideas for children

           Packing lunch and snack boxes for the children every day is a great challenge... They need to be healthy and the children should finish them... Some of the lunch and snacks I pack for my little ones may be healthy and some may not be but I just see to that the children should not go hungry in the afternoon post lunch since they do not like what we pack for them and the result would be they would not be able to concentrate in school. So I just see to that the children would finish their boxes sent to school for which I pack for them only the food they like and if it's done that way every box comes back empty and me happy....

Veggie paniyaram with carrot,capsicum and onion, Moong dal sambar,Air fries French fries with homemade tomato sauce,grapes.



Gluten free pooris, Potato masala, Oranges ,Apple slices (dipped in sugar solution to avoid browning)


Curd rice,Carrot beans stir fry (veggies chopped fine in the chopper) ,Apple slices, Guava.


Aloo paratha,Curd,Pink Guava,Grapes


Carrot oothappam,Tomato onion chutney,Dates,Buttered sweet corn


Curd rice,Potato fry,Apple slices,Pomegranate 




Paneer paratha, Curd, Homemade gluten free choco chip cookies,Kiwi
