I have a window in my kitchen which gets a fair amount of sunlight. And being a person who always dreams of having an organic garden at home got an idea and since I had two pots I planted some fenugreek seeds in them and in a weeks time got a bunch of fenugreek greens with which I made Fenugreek leaves tamarind gravy or Vendhaya keerai puli kulambu...It tasted divine...and a sense of accomplishment...my produce it was!
